Common Heat Pump Issues We Fix

• Blowing Cold Air in Winter: If your heat pump is blowing cold when it should be heating, it might be an issue with the "reversing valve" or the emergency heat strip.
• Frozen Outdoor Unit: Frost is normal, but a solid block of ice means the defrost board has failed.
• Thermostat Issues: Sometimes the problem is the control, not the unit. We diagnose it all.
• Strange Noises: Grinding or squealing usually indicates a motor failure.
